She has been contributing in the field of Counseling and Psychotherapy with specialization in Individual enhancement and life integration for last 10 years. Her work includes Career Counseling, Relationship Counseling, Personal & Employee Counseling, Workshop facilitation and Training. With over a decade of experience working, connecting, maximizing and being with people, Poonam has counseled more than 3000+ students and has reached out to more than 10000+ students/parents through various awareness programs, workshops, motivational talks and lectures.
Her professional qualifications include M.S. in Psychotherapy & Counseling from Institute of Psycho Management Studies, M.Sc. in Counseling Psychology from university of Madras; she is a certified Master NLP practitioner from NFNLP, USA. She is an advance TA (Transactional Analysis) practitioner an internationally recognized certification with more than 4 years of training in it. Her integrated approach includes one to one counseling, integrated therapy, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), TA (Transaction Analysis), meditation techniques, emotional literacy, psychometric assessment, group processes, and workshop facilitation. She is one of the consultants of Institute of Psycho Management Studies, an Autonomous Education institution offering courses in Counseling and Psychotherapy in Nagpur.
She is currently enthusiastically holding a position as a Treasurer of Association of Counselors & Psychotherapist, Nagpur Chapter, also an active member of One Foundation; a youth Initiative with major work areas that includes self-awareness, employability and social accountability. She is a regular column writer for Central India’s leading English daily “The Hitavada” on Career queries and has written articles for national daily Times Of India too.

She is the “goto” person for Lighthouse people Services. She is a young, energetic and emphatic management graduate.She is associated with Lighthouse since 2011. Nikita is currently pursuing her post graduation in Psychology & aspires to make a career in Organizational Counselling.
